Pricing & Financing
We offer our lots with 2 different payment options. You can pay all at once or choose to finance. Options are listed in 2 boxes under the price, you must choose one. Payment in full will always be a larger dollar amount and labeled as "One Time Payment". For Financing choose "Financing Over X Months;" you will see a smaller dollar amount and the length of financing will be listed. When choosing financing you will make monthly payments over the term displayed, your total purchase price is your monthly payment times the number of months. You will then be sent a monthly invoice from Square for the duration of your financing period. Please reach out if you have any questions about how financing works.
