Shipping Policy

When purchasing through Land of Land your deed is handled electronically whenever possible for the fastest turn around. Some counties do not offer electronic filing and the deeds must be sent in by mail. For this reason the turn around time for getting your deed can be as little as 3 days or as long as 6 weeks. We will do our best at time of purchase to give you an accurate time line but we can not control postal delays.

We use USPS for all postal needs, regular mail and priority services are both utilized.

The buyer is not responsible for any postage costs concerning the filing of their deed.
